Job Description
- Providing comprehensive legal advice to the team and wider business.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of legal documents related to insurance.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Participating in the development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs.
- Advising on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Supporting the team in dealing with complex legal matters.
- Managing external legal counsel as required.
- Staying updated with changes in law relevant to the insurance industry.
