- Support, grow, and maintain key accounts
- Develop and implement account development strategies
- Expand existing and lapsed accounts
- Push in-person account management (meetings, reviews, renewals, etc.)
- Seek out opportunities to cross-sell
- Drive contract negotiations and account renewals
- Become the lead point of contact for all assigned accounts
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts
- Develop trusted adviser relationships
- Facilitate team training
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, technology, and finance colleagues
- Attend networking events and maintain market awareness
- Degree level education
- Minimum of 4-5+ years of account management experience
- Legal sector (private practice) or legal recruitment experience preferred
