Application Specialist – 6-9 -month contract – London – Inside IR35 – Hybrid/Remote
Application Support Engineer is required for an initial 6–9-month assignment, working for a Global Law Firm to assist with BAU activities and a migration project.
Application Support Engineer requirements:
- Strong iManage experience
- Candidate must be happy in a BAU position – dealing with Data, Permissions etc.
- Experience of implementing, customising, and supporting third party systems including managing suppliers to delivery
- Experience being a point of escalation for any iManage issues, resolving tickets and potentially supporting any other legal applications.
EUC Engineer desirable requirements:
- Experience with iManage Upgrades.
- Experience within the Law/Legal Industry.
- SQL experience
Responsibilities for a EUC Engineer:
- To provide 3rd Line Support and resolution for BAU incidents and changes relating to client-server and web-based applications
- Ability to escalate issues to both internal and external vendors when required.
- Assisting with various projects where iManage products are involved.
- Resolving ticket escalation & supporting legal applications
