Empowering Learning are supporting a secondary school based in Northamptonshire. They are seeking to appoint a senior leader (Assistant / Vice Principal level) who can also offer English as a specialism from February 2024 on a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transfer to a permanent contract thereafter.

The successful person will be tasked with adding capacity at Assistant / Deputy Headship level within the school. Offering coaching and mentoring and close support to the current English faculty. You will be joining a secondary school that's on its journey towards Ofsted 'Good'.

Salary offered: 60,000 - 65,000
