p style="margin-bottom:11px">Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Building Inspector for a national housing association. The role is on an initial 2-month contract, and will involve regular travel to properties across the North of England, for which 45p per mile can be claimed from home. The hourly rate will be between 20 - 30 per hour subject to experience.
The role:
- Conduct property inspections to identify specified features of each property
- Ensure data on all properties is accurate and up to date
What you need:
- Experience working in social housing or other relevant environment on residential properties
- Knowledge of residential property structure/layout
