One of my Local Authority clients based in Lincolnshire is looking for a Capital Projects Project Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Have Project Management and Capitals Projects experience to work on Minor Works (boiler replacements, fire alarms, kitchen refurbs, roofing and work on listed buildings) - Reactive Repairs.
• Liaise with contractors, prepare specifications, manage contracts and visit sites.
• The portfolio is commercial and includes some Facilities Management work.

It is important that you have prior experience within this type of role, ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn't essential but Public Sector experience is.

You would be working in the office for 2-3 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week.
