We are currently recruiting a CCDO Project Manager to join the company and manage demolition contracts based nationwide.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

CCDO Manager Responsibilities:

Reporting and working alongside the Project Director and Contracts Manager.

Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

Keeping site diaries

Producing RAMS 

Quality Assurance.

Programming

Managing the labour and putting men to work.

Providing progress reports

Managing and overseeing plant and operations.

CCDO Manager Requirements:

SMSTS

CCDO Black Card

Temp Works Coordinator (beneficial)

Experienced managing industrial and commercial demolition projects for specialist contractors

Experience in strip out, cut and carve and heavy demolition

Remediation experience

8+ years management experience

Happy to relocate
