Location: Hybrid (Occasional travel to offices in Hemel Hempstead)
Contract: Outside IR35
Day rate: Up to 500 per day
Duration: Initial 6 months but will most likely extend

My client are a well known Hotel Chain within the hospitality industry and currently need support the urgent migration of a new booking system to the Cloud (AWS)

Business Analyst with a considerable experience working across data, CRM and Email Marketing teams. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining Marketing campaign requirements and any changes to the technical solution. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand CRM, marketing campaign and data requirements..

Key Deliverables:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and goals related to Commercial Analytics, CRM and Email Marketing Automation.
Scope of requirements could include (but may not be limited to)
o Rebuild of our customer database, including system integrations
o Development of our commercial analytics framework
o Development of our email and direct mail campaigns
o Personalisation of communications to our guests and prospective guests
o Development of sound data management and administration of our customer data
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Document and prioritise functional, technical requirements for CRM Data and Email Marketing Automation system.
User stories - Capture user stories that can be easily understood, prioritised and delivered with clear agreed success criteria
Functional & Data Specifications - Be able to define and document functional and data specifications, including elaboration of business rules, processes, sequencing and logic.
Process diagrams and data models - Be able to create a variety of diagrams suitable for the specific purpose and be able to use these convey complex scenarios.

Required experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in CRM, Customer Data Platforms and Email Marketing Automation implementation projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical and data specifications.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Customer Data Platforms, and Email Marketing Automation tools like SAS CI360, Bloomreach, Optimizely Data Platform or equivalent.
Experience in data integration and migration projects and technologies like Snowflake, SAS, and Optimizely Data Platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
Relevant certifications in CRM or Business Analysis are a plus.
