***ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER - PRESTIGIOUS UK BASED BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTOR***



Our client are a very professional and reputable Building Services contractor with 60 years experience of delivering high end mainly Electrical projects throughout the UK on landmark projects such as the Shard, iconic London theatres, commercial offices for some of the worlds leading global brands, educational facilities and some of the Eastern Counties and the Midlands major Hospitals and NHS Trusts.



Location: Cambridge area

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: 55k - 70k DOE

Start Date: Interview process - x2 stage & immediate



Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:



*Traveling to client site meetings where required



*Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the policies, standards, and procedures that are laid out by our clients.



*Managing multiple quick turnover projects at once



*Costing and tracking the relevant works within the projects.



*Ensure all work is completed safely.



*Liaise with Contractors onsite.



*Ensure work is being completed to timescales.



Key Skills and Requirements:



*Electrical Project Management experience



*LV Distribution



*Cable containment



*Managing Supervisors and Engineers



*Hospital/NHS experience



*Thorough and proven H&S background



Company Culture:



You will be reporting in to the Directors however you will be given a lot of free reign and trust will need to be built with the Directors from the outset re whereabouts, weekly repsorting, project progress reports etc.



The Cambridge office is situated just north of Cambridge, so easy access for candidates also residing in and around the Peterborough, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Suffolk geographical areas. You will be joining an established team with some of the other Project Managers having worked for the business for circa 10 years, with Friday drinks and odd meal out as well other fun team building events are often happening too.



The possibility to work from home 1/2 days per week is also an option too.
