Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Trust based in Dartford to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 

• To lead and take operational responsibility for the timely provision of high quality and affordable Facilities Management services to clients, staff and the public. 


• These services are provided to and through a combination of Service Level Agreements with neighbouring NHS Trusts, by private contractors, through Private Finance Initiative consortia and by in-house staff to c60 Trust properties and on behalf of neighbouring Trusts. 


• In addition, the post holder contributes towards the work of the multi- disciplinary Estates and Clinical teams.

Previous experience within the NHS is essential for this role to be considered.
