Finance Data Analyst - About The Role

Reporting into the Finance Director you will join the finance team based in Farnham to complete a project involving implementation of a new reporting tool.

Working closely with the finance team, senior stakeholders and budget holders you will create and implement a revised month-end reporting pack, utilising information and extracting data from the ERP system.

This position will involve you working with the Finance Director to build, plan and execute the annual budgeting process, including budgeting and forecasting data, making the necessary comparisons into the variances.

You will delve into the detail and analysis, providing commentary - based both on financial and operational results.

This role requires a sound knowledge of Excel as you will be undertaking some financial and business modelling based on growth projections.

The successful Finance Data Analyst will have:

• Experience of working as a Finance Analyst and of business and finance modelling


• Experience of working with large data sets, consolidations and analysis


• Experience of working with an ERP system


• Experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment


• Ideally this role would suit someone who is qualified but this is not essential
