Looking to recruit a Head of Building Safety for a leading Property maintenance Company based around Solihull.

Day rates; 440 - 500 on a 3 month contract.

What you will need:

• The ideal candidate will already have Health and Safety experience working at a similar level
• Expert knowledge in Building Safety
• Success in managing the 'Big 6' compliance areas: Legionella, Gas, Electric, Fire, Lifts and Damp and Mould and Condensation challenges
• NEBOSH qualified

Undertaking:

• Responsible for day to day management of building compliance and safety
• Proactively leading a team
• Ensuring residents feel safe in their homes
• Providing training for new employees
