This 3 months temporary role, with the possibility of an extension to 6 months will report in to the HR manager and be responsible for:
- Advising the middle management team across various areas on employee relations and policies
- Working alongside the recruitment team requesting vacancy updates
- Liaising with schools and colleges to coordinate career evenings and events
- Attending a weekly HR meeting with the current HR team
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employee relations and employment law and feel confident in conducting disciplinaries and investigations.
