Job Description
An Interim HR Change Consultant to:
- Manage the redundancy consultation process for 130 employees.
- Support employees with any queries and support them through the process.
- Be hands on and support the HR Director with additional needs for the change program.
- Coach and upskill some more junior HR team members.
