Position Overview: The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging lessons, aligning with the national curriculum, and fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to the intellectual and personal development of each Key Stage 1 student.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The appointed candidate will strategically plan and thoughtfully deliver creative and stimulating lessons tailored to the diverse needs of KS1 students.


2. Cultivating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and collaboration.


3. Monitoring and assessing students' progress with care, providing constructive feedback to propel academic and personal growth.


4. Collaborating effectively with colleagues to contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and teaching strategies.


5. Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents to ensure they are informed about their child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

1. The successful candidate possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record of teaching experience in Key Stage 1.


2. Demonstrates a strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies for primary education.


3. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.


4. Displays a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of each child.


5. Commits to continuous professional development and maintains a reflective approach to teaching.
