Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for portfolio analysis and a background in enterprise change, particularly within the infrastructure, cloud, or EUC engineering domains?

A global Fortune 500 FS firm is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst who excels in a dynamic environment and is adept at driving day-to-day PMO activities. This is a contract role that offers the chance to play a pivotal part in our project management operations with the potential for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Analyse and manage project portfolios to ensure effective change delivery for our infrastructure and cloud-based projects.
• PMO Activities: Engage in daily PMO activities, ensuring projects stay on track through meticulous resource planning and financial tracking.
• Meeting Facilitation: Run regular meetings, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers and teams, providing SaaS reporting insights and building compelling presentation decks.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, applying your proficiency to safeguard project outcomes.
• Independent Operation: Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.

Ideal Candidate:

• You are FS aware, with a solid understanding of the financial services landscape.
• You have proven experience in portfolio management, though not necessarily at the portfolio-level PMO.
• Your background includes significant work in enterprise change or related domains.
• You are proficient in financial tracking and risk management, with an ability to oversee complex project details.
• Your independent work style sets you apart, as does your ability to build professional relationships and drive consensus.
