Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of support tasks, including:* Managing telephone inquiries and calls.* Executing scanning, printing, and filing activities.* Opening and closing files.* Handling client correspondence.* Assisting in monthly billing and preparing account dockets.* Bundle preparation.We are searching for an individual with extensive experience as a Legal Secretary / Assistant. Essential skills include excellent audio and touch typing abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.Package and Benefits:* Competitive Salary: up to 27,000 DOE (Pro rata for 4-day workweek)* 20 days annual leave + BH's* Company pension.* Christmas Bonus.* Birthday presents.Work Hours:* Full-time and part-time options available: * 5 days: 9 am
