We are looking for a Mechanical (HVAC) Supervisor for a 6 month+ Building Services installation project in Leeds.

Ideally you will be time served as a Pipe fitter / Plumber by trade with experience of working on commercial Installation projects such as Hospitals, Office Blocks, Prisons, Schools and have then moved into supervisory positions over a number of years, and have a valid JIB / Engineering Skills CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone experienced and capable of either looking after a self-delivery or subcontract package with up to 20 mechanical pipefitters / plumbers installing heating and plumbing systems on the above commercial projects.''

Duration:
This project runs till June 2024, but has potential if the location works, for you to move onto a 2 year project in North Yorkshire afterwards.

Hourly Rate:
30.00/Hr for all hours Mon - Fri (CIS).
