Senior PMO / Lead PMO - Insurance - London Market - Change and Transformation

£500-£600 per day (outside IR35)

Hybrid: London 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week

Our client is fast growing Insurance organisation operating in the London Insurance Market and they are looking for a Senior PMO to assist the Head of Change with their growing Change Portfolio.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management and co-ordination of planning, reporting (inc. risk and issues), resourcing, costs, and governance across the change portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Head of Change.
• Responsible for capturing Project updates at regular periods and condensing the progress made to present it in the Program/Portfolio status reports.
• Responsible for maintaining Risks and Actions log and keeping them refreshed.
• Responsible for creating/managing dashboard to show presentable metrics of various project indicators-costs, deliverables, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining Project governance by implementing standards around meetings, Files structure, Project documentation.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITY

• Intermediate to advanced MS Project, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement/management, influencing and communication skills

Educational / Experience

• 3-5 years+ experience as a PMO or Portfolio Manager within the insurance and ideally London Markets Industry
• Experience as PMO Lead within Change and Transformation
• Experience of working with 3rd party vendors
