Role Purpose. We're on the lookout for a visionary Power Platform Lead to be a cornerstone in this expanding team. You'll be at the forefront of crafting cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.

Title: Power Platform Lead.
Location: Hybrid. 2 days a week in the London office.
Duration: 12-month permanent fixed-term contract.

Location: 65,500 - 72,500 pa neg on experience + benefits

They will be counting on your Agile expertise to revolutionise manual processes, boost data reporting and analytics, and develop scalable solutions. Your contribution will significantly enhance tenant services and experiences, making digitally informed decisions, streamlining processes, and boosting efficiency across this organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Power Platform solutions tailored to business needs.
• Establish and implement Power Platform best practices, patterns, and standards.
• Uphold our stringent security standards in all developed solutions.
• Coach and mentor our team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Your Accountabilities:

• Design and implement custom Power Apps solutions, turning complex business requirements into user-friendly experiences.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insights.
• Automate processes using Power Automate, enhancing workflow efficiency across various systems.
• Manage and optimise the Dataverse environment, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Resolve technical issues promptly, providing expert support to users and team members.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
• Guarantee compliance with all security and data protection policies.
• Create detailed documentation for Power Platform applications, including user guides and training materials.
• Continuously seek and implement process improvements within the Power Platform domain.
• Provide coaching and mentoring, enhancing team capabilities.

Skills Required:

• Solid experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proficient in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and complex Power Automate workflows.
• Experience in Dataverse customisation and configuration. Familiarity with Power Platform connectors, APIs, and integration methods.
• Understanding of Datamodelling and database concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborative and independent working skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility in adapting to changing requirements. Proactive, results-driven approach.
