We are looking to speak with freelance Project Managers for a long-term Civil Engineering Project in Teeside, Redcar. This role is outside IR35.

We are on the onshore part of the offshore windfarm building a new converter station for our Principle Contractor. The scope of work includes deep drainage, ducting, drawpits, concrete bases & structures etc. More information can be provided on request.

Force Contracting Services are interested in speaking with any Civils biased Project Managers that are looking for their next assignment.

Duties include:

• Attending regular progress/programme meetings to discuss project timelines/issues/costs


• Ensuring project is running on time and within budget


• Providing updates to senior management & the Principle Contractor


• Commercially aware, ensuring CE's and Early Warnings are submitted in a timely manner


• Liaising with site management and making sure all Health & Safety is being followed and adhered to.
