Applications Solutions Architect - Remote

My client, within Financial Services, are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in cloud, Azure and deploying cloud Vault solutions.

The candidate need experience in either Azure or AWS.

Strong solution architect background - application mainly, some infrastructure architecture knowledge would be good.

• The big two drivers for this role are

- 1.Strong understanding of banking technology, derivatives trading, foreign exchange, equities trading, risk, etc.

-2.Ensuring that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained.

• Be able to look at the big picture and understand how various pieces of a product fit in
• Extremely strong communication & collaboration skills to work across multiple organizations including Tech Services and various Divisional CDIO, BCR and Ops organizations.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and create Solution Architecture Design (SAD) documents
• Great presentation skills to be able to communicate architecture and design considerations to Design Authority groups
• Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure
• Providing technical leadership to the application development team
• Desirable - Skills within Cloud/Security
