Job Description:-

• Good knowledge of a service management tool. Service Now would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of ITIL
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
• Development skills -

  • ASP, ASP.NET

• SQL Knowledge
• SQL/Access/Excel
