Unite People Build is looking to assign a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of our construction clients in the North West. To undertake the role effectively, the Quantity Surveyor will be required to be project based approximately 3 days per week in Chester, 2 days per week remotely (subject to project meeting requirements)

• 12 months + assignment
• Outside of IR35 subject to Status Determination Statement questionnaire

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously without supervision, direction or control
• Procurement of contractors
• Valuations, variations, change control
• Monthly reporting
