Job Description
An Interim HR Change Consultant to:
- Support the HR Team with a change program
- Leading on collective and individual consultation process
- Support employees with any queries and support them through the process
- Be hands on and support the HR Team with additional needs for the change program
- Coach and upskill some more junior HR team members
- Support on any additional employee relations matters
