OUTISDE IR35 ITIL Service Delivery Manager OUTSDIE IR35

We are on the hunt for a candidate that specialises in ITIL, who wants to work a contracted roll as a Service Delivery Manager responsible to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs. The ideal candidate will be needed to come in 1 day a week into the office based in London, whilst working the rest of the days remotely.

Experience in - ITIL

Bonus if you have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks

Experience in managing IT service delivery teams and vendors.

Manage and lead a high-performing service delivery team
