Our customer is a leading Microsoft enterprise consulting partner, managed by Microsoft directly and with all 6 Solutions Partner Designations and a stack of advanced specialisations and looking to develop their own in house Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems to be best in class and to optimise how they process customer delivery through from leads, qualification in the CRM working to improve their Data segments within it and core process with some out the box config and a little bit of automation within it. Any knowledge of D365 Project Operations will also be of interest as this can lead into other channels of work they are looking at and can work within this on.
With no expected customisation this need requires an in-depth knowledge of D365 CE across the Sales and Marketing/Customer Insights functional and capability side to optimise how they have this in place and who can help them configure and optimise their systems.
They are on a journey to evolve the current Sales and Marketing processes and want to ensure that we are enabling the commercial teams our teams through a best in class Dynamics deployment with a number of key deliverables.
End to end tracking of a customer journey from lead to project delivery
Collection of key data points to enable better tracking against upcoming priorities
Improved automation to proactively resolve hygiene issues
Consolidate various silo process into CRM so it becomes the single version of truth.
Main duties and responsibilities
Help support building and executing a systems roadmap
Build solution in sandbox and manage delivery into production
Help design and build UAT testing program
Review existing process and recommend best ways to absorb these into CRM
Support integration into Business Central for items such as invoices (alongside existing consultant)
Sales pipeline & forecast reporting
Integration of external platforms (eg MarTech solutions) into CRM
Develop lead scoring solution within Dynamics 365 Marketing/Customer Insights - Journeys
Marketing ROI reporting delivered through CRM
Create lead flows within CRM to support inside sales team Skills, experience and qualifications
Proven track record of Dynamics deployment
Core skills

Background in developing marketing lead flow and scoring solution
