Our client is seeking an experienced Contract QlikView Developer to assist with the rework and upgrade of an existing suite of reports.

You will be part of a small team responsible for working through modifications which are required due to upgrades to their core IT systems.

The rework will include changes to database schemas, additional functionality, minor modifications, runtime issues, improving performance where applicable and other.

The successful candidate must have strong QlikView skills and experience of upgrading an existing reports suite.

The role will involve working with both business users and technical resources, adhering to existing procedures and standards coupled with improving overall best practice.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of most of the following:

• Strong commercial experience in developing solutions using QlikView.
• Strong experience in integrating data using QlikView.
• Strong experience in QlikView Scripting and using VB Scripts.
• Strong experience in a Data Warehouse environment reporting on dimensions/hierarchies.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Experience of communicating with users and technical staff to resolve issues.
