The role

Cititec Talent has partnered with a leading IT consultancy who are looking to bring a Scrum Master onboard for a short term contract.

Requirements

Certified Scrum Master with experience of managing the delivery of complex development projects in the cloud, predominantly AWS

Extensive experience in successfully managing the delivery of complex technical IT projects, to timescale and budget across a variety of sectors

Effective communicator in articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences, facilitating clear understanding between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and non-technical personnel.

Experience of the software development lifecycle, using code repos and branching methodologies

Experience of managing large problem solving, designing, planning workshops using collaboration tools.

Background of hands-on technical experience in a variety of IT roles, especially development and DevOps.

Scrum/Kanban/(SaFE) Certified

AWS Certified

Experienced in Atlassian tool set for Agile delivery, Slack & Teams, usage of Confluence macros, integration with Jira

Exposure to Healthcare life sciences and genomics bioinformatics is nice to have.
