About the role:
Fruition IT a recruiting for a Senior Service Manager to work for a enterprise-scale, tech first organisation, working on a global scale.
This is a fantastic role for a Senior Service Manager to hold a crucial role in the development of the Service Strategy across the entire Technology function of the business. You will be responsible for developing new ways of working, across shaping service strategy, design, deliver and continual service improvements.
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business, alongside 3rd party vendor management
- Lead on cross-divisional projects
- Play a lead role in the risk management process
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven Service Management experience working on cross-divisional projects
- Experience of using Service Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- ITIL Service Management in an agile environment, including incident management, problem management and supplier management
- Experience working on projects on a global scale
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
