Day rate: 575/day

Harvey Nash are recruiting for a Scrum Master for a private sector client. This role will be mainly hybrid working, with 2 days per week required on-site in Livingston.

The rate for this role is 575/day, inside IR35. Role will require candidates hold the Right to Work in the UK.

This role will involve coaching, mentoring and developing Scrum Teams to high performance. Key duties include:

• Coaches, mentors and develops the team (Analyst, Developers, Automation QA) to high performance
• Educates the team on Scrum and Agile Development processes, practices and principles
• Organises and facilitates the Scrum/Agile process as required, including key Scrum events
• Ensures the Product backlog is prioritised, defined and planned by the BA/TA in conjunction with the team and delivery representatives
• Ensures the Sprint backlog is owned by the team, and they are using a Definition of Done for ensuring quality and transparency to deliver a working Increment at the end every sprint
• Identifies areas and opportunities for continuous improvement and ensures that the team are aware of the success of their improvement efforts through the utilisation of metrics and story telling
• Structured and transparent approach to agile planning, monitors progress and reacts to change - ensures all relevant parties (PM, BA, etc.) are aware of the team s progress and ability to deliver
• Demonstrates the team's overall performance and improvements using metrics and qualitative evidence
