A 3 months+ opportunity for a Senior IT Applications Support Analyst has arisen with the local authorities in Kingston Upon Thames, London.

This role is responsible for the provision of application support services, directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions Supporting the Application Lead in managing and leading the daily activities and performance and development of a team of Application Analysts.

Ensuring that requests and incidents are responded to within SLA and customers are given excellent customer service.

Investigating, diagnosing and resolving system issues. Writing SQL queries, leading on system development and implementation of new and emerging functionality.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of supporting line of business applications in complex application support environment is essential.
• Proven experience of supporting NEC (Northgate) Housing Systems, ideally from both front and backend perspectives.
• An understanding of Business processes and practices relating to the provision of housing.
• Strong Technical skills including the ability to write Oracle SQL and implement solutions.
• Experience of managing interfaces and system integrations is essential.
• Experience creating, configuring, and implementing NEC Housing system modules. In particular, Repairs, Contractor, Scheduler and Mobile business expertise using NEC.
• Experience of Business Objects, ideally in conjunction with the NEC Housing database.

Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
