• Proven experience working as a Service Design Manager in a complex and regulated environment.
• Strong experience with applying Agile methodologies to Service Design processes.
• Understanding of costs associated with Cloud Storage and Technology licencing.
• Strong working knowledge of Cost Modelling (including people cost and hardware spend etc)
• ITIL certified
• Awareness of ITSM Tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous Insurance industry experience
• Experience working within Product-aligned Operating Models.
• Working knowledge of DevOps approaches to Service Design processes
• Immediate availability
