My client are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner to join their organisation on an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery and enhancement of our ServiceNow ITSM platform. Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating their needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of organisational needs.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the ServiceNow ITSM platform, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.
- Configuration and Customisation: Oversee the configuration and customisation of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Release Management: Coordinate the planning and execution of ServiceNow releases, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of the ServiceNow platform with existing processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
