SITE MANAGER

A main contractor is seeking a sensible and logical Site Manager to be based on a Commercial refurb & fit out project in Witton. The role will consist of overseeing the project including managing trades on site, adhering to H&S requirements, ensuring projects run on time and to budget, and ensuring works are carried to the required standards.

Previous experience in commercial and industrial refurb/fit out projects is essential.

Requirements:
Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card.
Joinery/Trades background.
First aid.
References.

Rate will be between 250 - 280 per day and can be paid through CIS.

This is estimated to run for up to 40 weeks.
