We are currently looking for 2 Project Managers to cover 2 Areas in the UK working on multiple house refurbishments for the MOD on a contract basis. 

This will be for an initial 4-6 month period and for this timescale the role will be outside IR35 and operating as a scope of work with deliverables etc. 

The 2 areas that need to be covered are across the North West (from Leeds up to Newcastle) and Scotland (Edinburgh to Catterick so candidates will need to be flexible for extensive travel between properties. You will be project managing the house refurbishments as they happen including scope of work, Health & Safety, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Previous experience in managing this kind of project ideally within the defence or MOD sector is required to allow you to hit the ground running on a project of this nature. 

Daily rate will be circa 300 per day and full expenses will be covered including travel and accommodation as required. After initial 4-6 months there will be a review around possible extension.
